VERIFY
Property purchasing administrative support is the core of our business. We take care of all the management and communication around the purchase to ensure a smooth acquisition by validating 17 criteria points of transition with the selling party or the notary.
VALIDATION
ADVilla’s team will review, draft and validate each of the documents related to the acquisition. We provide presence of one of our lawyers at the signing of the deed of sale in accordance with current health standards.
